Slightly off-dry, made from 100% local Ontario grapes, this classic Ontario Riesling is a perfect balance between natural sweetness and fresh acidity. With a juicy and mouthwatering feel, serve chilled and pair with lightly spiced curry dishes, cajun chicken, fish and chips and tacos.

(10.6% ABV) Clear and bright with a clean fresh aroma of tangerine, white peach, yellow apple, spring blossom, and mineral. A light, off-dry, fresh, and fruity Riesling. Mouth-watering notes of green apple, mixed citrus, and a touch of peach excite the palate. Notes of lemon, lime, white currant, and a touch of white peach and mineral linger on the finish. Summer in a glass.

Thirty Bench Riesling (1 x 750mL)

(11.0% ABV) An off-dry, light, refreshing and fruity white wine with flavours of juicy citrus. Serve with citrus chicken, grilled teriyaki chicken or shrimp skewers, lightly spiced curry dishes.
