Slightly off-dry, made from 100% local Ontario grapes, this classic Ontario Riesling is a perfect balance between natural sweetness and fresh acidity. (10.2% ABV) A light to medium-bodied, refreshing, just off-dry Riesling. Enjoy with lightly spiced steamed mussels, sushi, poached fish, sautéed scallops or baked brie and crackers.

Peller Estate Private Reserve Riesling (750 ml)

(11.0% ABV) A light, fresh wine with flavours of fresh citrus medley. Pair with seafood, mild chicken curry or spiced pork dishes.

Peller Family Reserve Riesling (1 x 750mL)

(10.6% ABV) Clear and bright with a clean fresh aroma of tangerine, white peach, yellow apple, spring blossom, and mineral. A light, off-dry, fresh, and fruity Riesling. Mouth-watering notes of green apple, mixed citrus, and a touch of peach excite the palate. Notes of lemon, lime, white currant, and a touch of white peach and mineral linger on the finish. Summer in a glass.

Thirty Bench Riesling (1 x 750mL)

(11.0% ABV) An off-dry, light, refreshing and fruity white wine with flavours of juicy citrus. Serve with citrus chicken, grilled teriyaki chicken or shrimp skewers, lightly spiced curry dishes.
