74 refers to 1874, the year that Brights wines was established. This port-style wine has aromas of assorted berries jam, plum, spices and mushrooms. The palate is sweet, showing cooked berry and fruit, plum and nutty flavours, with notes of old wood and spices. Serve with chocolate desserts, pastries or rich cheese. 

Brights 74 Tawny (1 Bottle x 1000 mL)

Apera is the term for sherry-style wines made outside of Spain. Cream is a sweet style, with a warm amber colour and aromas of fresh mushrooms, dried fig, honey, herbs and nuts. Enjoy the sweet dried fruit and nut flavours, which go perfectly with chocolate-based desserts, creamy cheeses or a bowl of toasted nuts.

Apera is the term for sherry-style wines that originate outside of Spain. Amber in colour, with pruny, nutty, figgy and grapey aroma. Sweet on the palate with pear and toffee flavours leading to a warm finish. Serve with cured meats and paté, blue cheese, chocolate-based desserts, vanilla ice cream.

Medium amber colour; aromas of dried pears, walnuts, herbs and fruit cake; sweet and creamy along with flavours of sugared plums. 

Imperial Fortified Wine (1 Bottle x 750 mL)

The strawberry hints here come from berries grown on a farm across from the distillery, and they join other locally sourced ingredients such as gentian, bitter orange peel, sarsaparilla, vanilla and cinchona to create this rich, sweet, delicious vermouth.
