Brewed with lots of fresh hops; bottled unfiltered and naturally carbonated. Pours a hazy amber with aromas of grapefruit, orange peel, pineapple and resinous hops. The palate is full, rich and well carbonated, with flavours that deliver what the nose promised. Long and fruity, bitter hop finish. Great with smoky burgers.

Crafted to be lower in alcohol, but still deliver a big hoppy style. Aromas of pine, grapefruit with tropical fruit and malt; initial malty sweetness is followed by a balanced hoppy bitterness and notes of grapefruit, spice and fruit. A clean, refreshing, sessionable IPA that's perfect on its own or with mildly spiced fare. 

Muskoka Detour (24 Can x 473 mL)

The hemisphere note refers to the use of Galaxy hops from Myrtleford, Victoria in Australia and Mosaic hops from Yakima, Washington, USA. These impart tropical aromas and flavours; the palate is lightly malted yet refreshing and finishes crisp but flavourful. 

Collective Arts Ransack The Universe IPA (24 Can x 473 mL)

Sunsplit IPA is brewed with a generous amount of oats and hops. It pours hazy with golden highlights, featuring tropical hop flavour. Citrus and tropical fruit flavours compliment the rich expressive malty and yeasty notes. Enjoy chilled with grilled fish and meat or try it with fruit and cheese.

Medium amber colour; aromas of white grapefruit, orange zest and bitter floral hops; on the palate it is dry and full bodied with flavours of chamomile, pine, orange peel and a long resinous finish. 

Muskoka Mad Tom Ipa (6 Can x 473 mL)

This is the first IPA the trendy downtown Toronto brewery ever crafted. Pale gold with aromas and flavours of melon, orange peel, pineapple, Citra hops and resin. Medium-bodied and hoppy with a refreshingly clean finish. It will work nicely with pulled pork poutine, brie and roasted apple on a crostini or Asian fare.
