Kare Rice
Kare - "Curry" was introduced to Japan during the Meiji period (1868–1912) by the British. It came into fashion more during the Taisho period (1912–1926), when it became more affordable. But this isn't a history lesson, and there won't be a quiz later. Just know that Kare is hand-made, scratch-cooked, secret-recipe good!

Our Sauces are what make us better. Mostly made in-house from scratch recipes. Spicy Mayonnaise - made from the eggs up!Tartar Sauce - not from the jar. Yin-Yang sauce - Spicy mayo and Unagi BBQ sauce, best for the Kara'age Chicken. Bulldog Tonkatsu Sauce - ok. there's no substitute.
