Scialatelle is a noodle pasta that originates from Amalfi. It's a dough made with unbleached wheat flour, egg, whole milk, parmigiano-reggiano, fresh basil, olive oil, salt and black pepper. It has a chewy texture and thicker shape similar to an udon noodle. We describe it as a fettuccine noodle mixed with the texture of gnocchi. Erich LOVES this noodle. It pairs super well with most sauces, especially with seafood based sauces.

Naturally leavened and using Italian soft wheat 00 flour, our sourdough pizza doughs aren’t only complex and flavourful but also easy to digest. Each fresh pizza dough is 350g and stretches to make a 11-13 inch pizza. Our pizza dough is vegan. Pre-heat oven to 475 -500 celsius to ensure even proper cook. Remove from fridge 15-20 minutes prior to stretching and baking to ensure dough is at room temperature for best rise and result. Bake to desired preference.
