8" Gluten Free Pizza
Made in house using a locally sourced Gluten Free Bread Mix from Valley Flax in Middleton NS. We do stress that Stone Pizza IS NOT a Gluten Free facility. If "Gluten Free ALLERGY" is selected, we will use a special gluten free only pizza stone, special cutter and clean tools, however we are not able to 100% eliminate the possibility of cross contamination with other gluten sources. Our Gluten Free pizzas are suitable for individuals with mild to moderate gluten sensitivities.
