Jeon

Jeon Jeon is a Korean dish similar to pancakes. Typically eaten as appetizers or banchan (side dish), jeon can be made from a variety of different principal ingredients such as meat, seafood, mushrooms, and vegetables.

Jigae

Jigae Jjigae is a Korean dish similar to a Western stew, almost always found in a typical meal in Korean cuisine. Categorized according to their principal ingredients such as kimchi, fish, doenjang, or tofu, jjigae is made with a variety of vegetables and meat.

Bibimbap and Bokkeumbap
