(40.0% ABV) Manitoba's ONLY Rum. Awarded 2024 SIP International Double GoldOur rum is crafted using a unique combination of Crosby’s fancy grade and blackstrap molasses. We distill and ferment the molasses to preserve the character and flavor – a very slow process, worth the wait for a flavorful rum. We age the rum in casks that were used once to age a double-oak bourbon.Our rum has been aged for just over 2 years. Double distilled in our custom copper still in traditional Jamaican-style, this release is a full-flavoured, yet smooth rum.Notes of cola and burnt sugar, in addition to a hint of oak. Serve in your favorite cocktail or enjoy neat or on ice to savor the flavours.
