Chicken Shawarma Hummus

Parallel brothers' classic hummus topped with chickpeas, white tahini, schug (spicy), pickled onions, and seared chicken thigh with our house blend shawarma spice. Served with two pitas.

Truffle Hummus

Vegan. Chickpeas, white tahini, white mushrooms, onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper, and truffle oil. Served with two pitas.

Fried Cauliflower Salad

Vegan. Gluten-free. Fried cauliflower, herb salad, currants, fried almonds, pomegranate glaze, green tahini, and cauliflower tahini.

Butter Miso Sesame Salmon
