(5.0% ABV) Light, dry, and crisp, this lager is a modern take on a traditional German Pilsner. While using a very simple recipe with a single, locally produced malt, we crafted this beer with great attention to detail. We use a small and subtle dry hop addition of Spalt Select and American Noble Simcoe hops which provide a floral and peppery aroma with light notes of lemon. Ingredients: Malt, water, hops, yeast.
