On the palate, it has a light sweetness, with bright acidity & flavours of watermelon candy and lemon. (12.0% ABV) Aromas of cassis and black cherry. On the palate, the wine is juicy and bright with a nice black cherry and cassis flavour, mixed with dusty earthiness. Restrained, powdery tannins. A perfect counter to the richness and fat of many grilled foods. 100% Zweigelt.

(14.0% ABV) A rich, bold blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah with aromas and flavours of plum, blueberry, and cherry. Abundant tannins whould suggest decanting before serving with heartier foods. Quite enjoyable now but also an excellent wine to age. 3-5 years is suggested. 60% Merlot, 25% Cab Sauv, 15% Syrah.
