The pannekoek is an authentic Dutch-style pancake that is much larger and thinner than the North American version, but slightly thicker than a crepe. With a diameter of twelve inches, you'll enjoy 113 bites. It's delicious any way you slice it, but traditionally, it is rolled up and cut into bite-sized pieces.
