TILIA MALBEC (1 x 750)

(13.0% ABV) Bright red color with intense violet hues. Fresh nose of violets and rich plum marmalade laced with chocolate and vanilla oak flavors. A soft, sweet entry leads to a well-structured and long, persistent wine. Round, silky tannins. This Malbec pairs nicely with a meat dish that mirrors its tangy berry flavors like Cranberry Pot Roast or Roast Duck with Sour Cherry sauce.

MARY TAYLOR SICILIA ROSSO (1 x 750)

(13.0% ABV) Mary Taylor: Again from the Contrada San Nicola vineyard outside the village of Mazara del Vallo in western Sicily, we find Nero d’Avola vines tended to by the ever thoughtful Sala sisters. The vines are just 15 years old on average but the wine is ever complex. While some Nero d’Avola wines can be on the dense and fruity side, the Sala sisters and the terroir make this wine a somewhat translucent red with bright acidity, tension, and elegant fruit. As someone who loves Burgundy, this is the style of wine that makes my mouth water.

COPPI PELLIROSSO NEGROAMARO (1 x 750)

(13.0% ABV) Grape: Negroamaro Place: Puglia, Italy. This is a lively, zesty wine. Medium-bodied palate with notes of grapefruit, lime, white flowers, acacia and orange blossom, with a sweet tropical background, intense aroma of lychees. Elegant, slightly bitter finish. Pairings: appetizers, sushi, pasta, fish, rice, poultry and pork dishes and seafood

MARY TAYLOR PROSECCO DOC EXTRA BRUT (1 x 750)

(11.0% ABV) The juice from the grapes goes through an initial fermentation in tank and then a secondary fermentation in sealed large tanks – (the Charmat method) – then filtered and bottled. This cuvee is Extra dry – with 13.7% residual sugar, although the label says BRUT *we are just on the edge). A round and rich wine with a nice fizzy edge. Prosecco is the most popular sparkling wine in the world, by far!

Then he realized that wine doesn’t always make sense to people. Frankly speaking, wine can be complicated. But Frank believes it doesn’t have to be” Pale yellow, dry, acidic, green pear notes, yellow plum notes, light peach notes, ripe citrus notes, slightly spicy.
